Aiden Digital Labs is proud to announce a significant milestone in the development of its nanomembrane technology for methane capture. After extensive laboratory testing, the membrane has successfully completed 10,000 hours of continuous operation, showcasing superior performance and durability in methane separation. This success marks a critical step toward the commercialization of one of the most advanced nanomembrane systems for sustainable energy.

The membrane, designed with dual-layer nanoparticle dispersion, demonstrated exceptional stability and efficiency throughout the testing period, achieving a methane capture efficiency of over 90% and consuming only 0.3 kW per kg of CH₄ processed. This breakthrough was documented in the scientific paper that details the nanoparticle dispersion characterization and other performance metrics.

“This is an exciting achievement for our team and a validation of the advanced nanotechnology we’ve been developing,” said Dr Crhistopher Yoon at Aiden Digital Labs. “The successful long-term test demonstrates that our membrane can operate efficiently under real-world conditions while maintaining its energy-saving properties, making it a viable solution for large-scale methane capture applications.”

Key Achievements:

  • Nanoparticle Dispersion: Characterization results showed a highly uniform dispersion of nanoparticles across the membrane layers, enabling precise methane and CO₂ separation.

  • Efficiency: The membrane maintained consistent performance over the entire 10,000-hour test, achieving energy efficiency rates of 0.3 kW per kg of CH₄.

  • Longevity: The membrane proved its durability and reliability, completing 10,000 hours of testing with no significant degradation in performance.

This success positions Aiden Digital Labs at the forefront of sustainable methane capture technology, with future plans to scale the technology for industrial applications and integrate it into global carbon capture initiatives.
